• Доклад Prof. Ranjan Gupta (Inter-Univ. Centre for A&A, India) «India's involvement in Mega Projects in Astronomy».*

• Краткое сообщение Prof. Asoke Sen (Assam Univ., India) о преподавании астрономии в университетах Индии.

*)Abstract. India in recent years has entered into several mega projects (India's contribution will be approximately 300 Million US $ in each of these project) in the area of physics and astronomy where it has collaborations with various international communities in these areas. The main eight of these are: ITER; LHC & FAIR; INO; SKA; 30-m TMT; LIGO; ASTROSAT and ADITYA-L1.  The talk will highlight these mega projects and future prospects. Some astronomical projects are planned within the BRICS cooperation. Also it will briefly describe the IUCAA and Indian University interaction on Observational Astronomy.
