The Church of the Myrrh Bearers was built in 1772-1776. The generous donation was made by Solikamsk manufacturer Maxim Surovtsev. It was the latest church in Solikamsk to erect. At first it was merely a cemetery chapel. The architects were Ivan Gorbovsky and his children. The Church is not big and very simple. However, in former times it had a tall bell tower, which has not been preserved. The Church was also richly decorated with icons.
