Church of St. John the Baptist
The Church of St. John the Baptist was erected in 1721-1728. The funds were donated by Solikamsk manufacturer Ivan Surovtsev. In former times the six-tier bell tower served as an original lighthouse for vessels sailing the Usolka River. The decoration of the Church is very complicated. It combines classics and baroque architectural elements. The casing of windows is especially smart. The Church of St. John the Baptist was famous in the city for the ring of its bells.
