The Archangel Church was built in 1712-1725 instead of a burnt wood temple. The Church was
erected close to the Church of the Saviour for the winter public worship. That's why it is very simple:
it has only one dome and one floor. At the same time it has a refectory. The Archangel Church and the
Church of the Saviour formed a single architectural ensemble with a 30-meter stone bell tower (1733).
The bell tower has not been preserved. The Communist power paid no attention to the Church so it has been gradually collapsing
and requires restoration now.
