We plan to organize the meeting in one of boarding-houses near
St. Petersburg. St. Petersburg is well-known center of science
and culture, beautiful city. In 2003, St. Petersburg celebrates
the 300th Anniversary.

Conference participants and accompanying persons may stay
at boarding-house where the conference will take place.
The current preliminary prices for accommodation are as follows:
single room - 50 USD per day,
double room - 30 USD per day for one person.
Meals are included.

Registration fees: 200 USD for foreign participants,
100 USD for their accompanying persons.
200 rubles for CIS participants,
100 rubles for their accompanying persons.
The fees would be paid in cash on registration.
Those include the costs of conference materials, coffee-breaks, and
conference proceedings.
